Staff was very nice and understanding. There was a wait however the staff was very kind, and helped throughout the whole time. The piercer, Cassidy, was very kind and welcoming. She answered any questions I had and did my nose piercing beautifully. The whole studio was very clean, and had nice refreshments in the waiting room.

I just got my eyebrow piercing done today, February 6, 2026 And the service was amazing! I paid $50 for it and the piercer (Peaches) was a lovely person! peaches was quick and sanitary with my piercing. This was my first piercing too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE, THE SERVICE WAS ALSO QUICK. (Maybe just because it wasn’t that busy, but not sure.) 10/10 service!

Walked in without an appointment on Saturday afternoon with the intention of having both ear lobes re-pierced. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and assisted me in picking out jewelry. After a short wait, Cassidy took a look at my ears. She was able to quickly determine that one lobe was still fully intact (I was sure that it had closed after more than 2 years), and quickly and painlessly inserted the stud. She then took great care in making sure that the piercing-to-be on my healed ear was level with the other. The piercing process itself went smoothly and was minimally uncomfortable. Would highly recommend Cassidy—she is so sweet and addressed the few concerns I had about my ears. Will definitely be back if I decide on additional lobe piercings. Thanks Red Octopus 🐙
